How can I track my order?

  • You will receive a tracking number within 1-3 Business Days.
    Our dispatch services include Australia Post, eParcels, and Courier.
    Please allow 1-3 days for processing of your purchase, you will receive an invoice and a consignment tracking number for your purchase via email.
    You can track the progress of your Australia Post delivery at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
    If dispatched via another service you will need to track your parcel via the relevant service.

What if I’m not home for the delivery?

  • If you are not in attendance to accept delivery, the driver will leave a card in your mail box so you can pick-up from the local depot/post office or arrange a re-delivery.
    Except for small items such as strings, cables or accessories which are deliverable to a letter or PO Box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery.
    Providing a business address where someone will be present for the order is recommended if you are unavailable at home.

Freight for my purchase says (Freight Large Bulky Item)?

  • This means your item exceeds allowed Australia Post weight and dimensions. Due to these restrictions, you will be unable to complete regular checkout.
    In these cases alternative shipping methods will need to be arranged. So we can assist you with placing your order and arranging delivery, please call us on 03 95782426 or email info@melbournemusiccentre.com.au.
    Upon receipt of your enquiry, you will be provided with a freight quotation and order total. Until this quotation is agreed upon, you are under no obligation to continue with your order.
    Our representative will assist you in finalizing payment and shipping arrangements. Your goods will be shipped by courier of our choice to your residential address.
    Depending upon location this method can incur considerable expense, especially when dispatching to remote areas (NT, Outback WA, Regional SA, Regional NSW & North QLD).
    It’s the customer’s responsibility to be in attendance to sign for the delivery. Extra charges will apply for re delivery if address is unattended at time of original delivery, goods will not be released by the freight company until extra fees are paid.
    In some cases, it is possible for us to arrange for the goods to be drop shipped from our supplier’s warehouse.
    The following conditions will apply; • Delivery to NON-RESIDENTIAL OR INSTITUTIONAL/BUSINESS addresses must be during regular Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm business hours. • Someone MUST be in attendance to sign for delivery. • These conditions DO NOT include businesses operating out of DOMESTIC premises in RESIDENTIAL areas.

Can I ask for the courier to leave the goods at my door?

  • This service is not always available, and is at the discretion of carrier used for delivery. This request is at at your own risk! All freight warranty & insurance will be void if you do so. Melbourne Music Centre recommends strongly against it.

    Once again, this service is not always available, and is at the discretion of carrier used for delivery. We can make this request but there is no guarantee that the courier will do so.

Can I have my goods delivered on the weekend or after hours?

  • Our ETA is 3-7 Business Days, which excludes Weekends.

Where is my order?

  • Unless otherwise stated our goods are delivered via Australia Post and we supply a tracking number that is contained in your dispatch invoice.

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • Please email us at info@melbournemusiccentre.com.au
    We will require the following:
    - Your Reference/Customer number
    - A description of the issue with the item
    - If Possible Photos/Videos that clearly depict the problem.
    We will strive to remedy the situation ASAP in the most effective way possible.
    Melbourne Music Centre Accepts no responsibility for faulty or damaged goods not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you take international orders?

  • Unfortunately, orders can only be accepted via our website where an Australian mainland or Tasmanian Mainland State Isle address is provided for delivery.
    We do however accept international orders, please visit our International Sales page for more information regarding payment and shipping options.

Can I pick my goods up in store?

  • You are welcome to visit our Retail store to collect your order in person. To do this you will need to apply the CLICK & COLLECT discount code during checkout to avoid freight charges being applied at checkout. Your order must be paid in full before it can be released.

    PLEASE READ:
    In choosing the Click & Collect option you are agreeing to pick up your order from our retail store.

    No Click & Collect orders will be dispatched to customer’s address.

    Things to consider;

    • When choosing the Click & Collect option to pick up your order in person from our retail store, please enter the CLICK & COLLECT discount code in the box provided at either the shopping cart page or checkout page.
    • If making your payment Via Pay Pal express you will enter your code from the 'Review Your Order Page' when you are redirected back to Melbourne Music Centre from Pay Pal
    • Please visit our CLICK & COLLECT Information page located on our Home Page to see visual examples of how to Apply Discount Code CLICK & COLLECT

    When your order is ready for collection, a confirmation email stating that “Your order is now ready for Pick up” will be sent to your email address and a copy of the Invoice will have also be sent as your proof of purchase.

    Please bring your Invoice and valid ID with you to the store when collecting your order.
    Without a copy of your invoice your order cannot be released.

How can I pay?

  • PayPal is our preferred payment option:
