The following applies only to purchases made through the Melbourne Music Centre Online Store.

Orders and Confirmation
Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.melbournemusiccentre.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Melbourne Music Centre.
Orders are not accepted by Melbourne Music Centre until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.
So that the Melbourne Music Centre can provide our customers with prompt service, we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders.
Prices and Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, or Direct Deposit.
Additional processing time is required for Direct Deposit.
All products displayed on the Melbourne Music Centre website are generally in stock (unless out of stock is indicated in listing) and available to ship to the customer within 3 business days of receipt of order and payment.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days or more depending on your location within Australia.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Except for print orders and small items such as strings, cables or accessories which are able to fit in an available letter or PO BOX, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
Should an order be returned to us due to the reason that the delivery address supplied by the customer was incorrect or needs to be re-directed at the customer's request, the fees to re-deliver the order will be passed on to the customer.
If you do not agree with the incurred fees for the re-delivery you may cancel your order however the incurred fees for the return of the product to us will be deducted from your refund.
We ship most orders with Australia Parcel Post and eParcels to a home or business address.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
All Online Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Only.
We are unable to advise delivery times or call prior to a delivery, however we will to provide you with, when available, a consignment number or Parcel Post details so that you may track your delivery.
Large and Bulky Items
This means your item exceeds allowed Australia Post weight and dimensions. Due to these restrictions, you will be unable to complete our regular checkout

Upon receipt of your enquiry, you will be provided with a freight quotation and order total. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order.
A Melbourne Music Centre representative will assist you in finalizing payment and shipping arrangements. Your goods will be shipped by courier of our choice to your residential address.
Depending upon location this method can incur considerable expense, especially when dispatching to remote areas (NT, Outback WA, Regional SA, Regional NSW & North QLD).
It’s the customer’s responsibility to be in attendance to sigh for the delivery. Extra charges will apply for redelivery if address is unattended at time of original delivery and goods will not be released by the freight company until extra fees are paid.
In some cases we can arrange for the goods to be drop shipped from our supplier’s warehouse. Melbourne Music Centre will inform you if this option is available.
The following conditions will apply;
Delivery to NON-RESIDENTIAL OR INSTITUTIONAL/BUSINESS addresses must be during regular Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm daytime business hours.
Someone MUST be in attendance to sign for delivery.
These conditions DO NOT include businesses operating out of DOMESTIC premises in RESIDENTIAL areas.
Click & Collect
You are welcome to visit our Retail store to collect your order in person. To do this you will need to apply the CLICK & COLLECT discount code during checkout to avoid freight charges being applied at checkout. Your order must be paid in full before it can be released.
In choosing the Click & Collect option you are agreeing to pick up your order from our retail store.
No Click & Collect orders will be dispatched to customer’s address.
Things to consider;
- When choosing the Click & Collect option to pick up your order in person from our retail store, please enter the CLICK & COLLECT discount code in the box provided at either the shopping cart page or checkout page.
- If making your payment Via Pay Pal express you will enter your code from the 'Review Your Order Page' when you are redirected back to Melbourne Music Centre from Pay Pal.

When your order is ready for collection, a confirmation email stating that “Your order is now ready for Pick up” will be sent to your email address and a copy of the Invoice will have also be sent as your proof of purchase.
Please bring your Invoice and valid ID with you to the store when collecting your order.
Without a copy of your invoice your order cannot be released.

At Melbourne Music Centre Online, all products are checked by our experts before dispatch. All of our products are sold with FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY and may not always come with original packaging due to the original manufacturers packaging being deemed unsuitable for shipping. Packaging may be opened for inspection prior to dispatch.
Melbourene Music Centre ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS NOT REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product.

You are entitled to a refund, a repair, an exchange or a credit if the goods you have purchased are:
Significantly different to those shown or described to you or
