Description
The RKS Wave guitar was a guitar that failed to catch on due to typical musician indifference to innovation. The company won industrial design awards for the ergonomics and functionality. The RKS guitars central part of the guitar contains a neck through core and were designed with a removable body (Shell) section, with the intention to have owners swap different shaped bodies. These body sections were designed to be light weight and contour comfortably more-so than more traditional guitar designs. However, due to the simplicity of the attachment method this would make a perfect guitar for someone looking to make their own shells.
