You are however, welcome to send us a message to obtain a quote for the purchase of goods.

When your order enquiry is received, we will advise you of freight and insurance costs. In your email please include all the important info that you think will help us serve you best.

Some important info you should include in any Orders or Enquiries;

  • Address (include Country)
  • Stock number
  • Description of item(s)
  • Contact email address

This cost is added to the cost of the goods and represents your total cost. You can then decide if you wish to continue with your purchase. Please note that for low cost or bulky items, postage and insurance to your location may make transaction unviable economically

Due to the high incidence of International card fraud we are unable to accept credit / debit cards for payment. We accept only PayPal or Direct Deposit into our bank account via Telegraphic Transfer/Wire/Bank Draft.

Export orders are shipped / REGISTERED INSURED AIRMAIL or by arrangement via FEDEX INTNL PRIORITY.

Please be aware that large items attract considerable shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied.

Restrictions on the import of Magnetic Devices may apply in some countries.

The buyer is responsible to investigate any liability in this regard prior to purchase.

We recommend that all items should be insured by you as a precaution to loss or damage. Melbourne Music Centre takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged by freight companies.

We will assist with any insurance claims wherever possible.
