This guitar is in good condition. There is heavy checking of the finish on the front but this seems to be cosmetic only. Action at the 12th fret is 1.75mm. Frets are pretty worn down as to be expected from a guitar this old. It is pretty even wear on all the frets so there are no play ability issues. Strung with nickel round wounds. Does not come with a case.
