The Fat Sugar Drive is set for true bypass by default, ensuring that it doesn't interfere with your signal chain when it's turned off. However, for those who prefer buffered bypass, there's an internal Buffer switch that you can access by removing the bottom plate of the pedal. This switch allows you to toggle between true bypass and buffered bypass mode.
